REGISTRATION

It is possible to sign up for a course as long as there are vacant places left. For binding registration see:  www.teaterskolen-efteruddannelsen.dk

NB: If you do not receive a mail of confirmation, your enrolment has not been registered.

By registering, you are not automatically enrolled in the course. When you sign up for a specific course, it is simply registered that you wish to participate in the course. For more information, read the section entitled enrolment.

Note that the deadline for registration differs from course to course.

ENROLMENT

Approximately two weeks after the deadline for registration, the applicants are informed whether they have been enrolled in the course or not. The selection of the participants, which is carried out by the head of department of Continuing Education and the tutor, will be based on considerations of ideal group constellations, including qualifications.

PAYMENT

If enrolled on a course, the applicant will receive a letter of confirmation which includes information about the final date for payment and other practical information concerning the participant.

PARTICIPANT'S CANCELLATION

The cancellation must always be in writing.  Free cancellation is possible until 6 weeks before the start of the course. After that, and until 2 weeks before the course begins, a charge of 15 % will be paid.  Should the applicant’s cancellation take place less than a week before the course begins, the full amount will become due.

NB! Depending on the specific course, terms for cancellations may vary. If this is the case, it will be stated in the letter of confirmation.

CHANGES

The Danish National School of Theatre – Continuing Education reserves the right to make changes concerning time, location, cost, tutors and content of the courses.

SCHOOL'S CANCELLATION

The Danish National School – Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel a course if the qualified applicants are too few.
In case that a course is cancelled, Continuing Education will not be able to reimburse participants for their travelling expenses or other such expenses.
